Hi I’m Louise Wainman.

I have over 10 years experience in my trade originally working for the areas biggest and most well known baker. Now I run my own business – making the perfect cake to finish off the perfect event for you!

I specialise in individually designed wedding cakes, my attention to the finest detail when discussing your requirements, whether you are looking for a modern or traditional style we will ensure the cake will complete your dream wedding.

I will also deliver and set-up your cake free of charge in the Hull and surrounding areas,whether you are considering a one,two,three or four tier cake.

My masterpieces will form a centre-piece for your wedding reception and surprise and delight your guests.

Some brides have their own ideas or take inspiration from magazines, websites or weddings they have attended, whilst others need more help and advice to design their dream wedding cake.

I also specialise in elegant hand crafted sugar paste flowers,silk arrangements to match the bridal bouquet and compliment the colour scheme.

Cake toppers !
We can design sugar paste or clay models to your specification.  If you want to add sparkle to your cake why not try crystal cake toppers, these look very elegant. All our cakes are hand piped and fully detailed to perfection, as a basis for a traditional or modern design wedding cake.

A personal touch to the cake design maybe added by using details from the wedding dress, invitations or jewellery.

My cakes are made using the finest ingredients including rich fruit, vanilla, chocolate and death by chocolate cake, with an option of different fillings.

Chocolate celebration cakes are becoming increasingly popular and my recipes must be tasted to be appreciated! A chocolate cake can also make a scrumptious dessert.

I specialise in cookie favours and cup cakes in their own individual presentation wrappings/baskets.
